Terms Of Use

This Agreement is a contract between the customer (“you”) and hyperclothing.info Limited (trading as hyperclothing.info). =
The terms and conditions on which you may purchase products from hyperclothing.info are as follows. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with hyperclothing.info. By completing the ordering process and using hyperclothing.info, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1) Agreement

The complete agreement between you and hyperclothing.info regarding your purchase of merchandise from hyperclothing.info is as follows:

(a) these conditions; (b) the terms of the order.

This agreement shall be constituted between you and hyperclothing.info once hyperclothing.info receives and accepts an order. No obligation to sell or supply the Goods will arise until an order has been received and accepted. hyperclothing.info may accept each order at its sole discretion. Each order is a separate agreement.

2) Purchase order and shipment

You will place an order with hyperclothing.info by selecting an item, entering your personal and payment details and pressing the “Complete Order” button.

Any person who receives goods at the delivery address is presumed by hyperclothing.info to be authorized to receive goods on your behalf.

(a) the adult placing the order, or

If the delivery address is unoccupied at the time of delivery, you will need to make alternative arrangements with the carrier for a suitable time. Additional fees may apply. Delivery times are Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. An exact time cannot be given.

Delivery charges include packaging, delivery and insurance.

3) Risk and Ownership

Risk and title in the goods pass to you upon delivery to the delivery address.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact hyperclothing.info at support@hyperclothing.info within 3 days of receipt to request a Return Authorization (RA).

Items with all original tags attached and in salable condition may be exchanged for a different size or store credit when accompanied by the original order receipt, online store return form, and RA number.

Sale ends after 10 days. All promotional items, phone orders and pre-orders are valid upon purchase. There are no price adjustments.

Returns must be sent via registered mail. For international purchases (except for defective items), hyperclothing.info is not responsible for return shipping or duty reimbursement.

Your exchange for a different size item will be at our expense. If we do not have the required size in stock, you will receive a refund. If you change your mind, your replacement garment will incur postage costs. If you would like to exchange the item for a different style, we recommend that you return the item for store credit and purchase the new item separately.

4) Product prices and payment methods

You agree to pay shipping and handling charges. You are responsible for paying all import taxes, duties, and local sales taxes imposed by the country and/or state you are shipping from; you must pay these fees to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Payment is due at the time of ordering. hyperclothing.info accepts debit cards, MasterCard and Visa. The name that will appear on your purchase statement is hyperclothing.info.

5) Product packaging and labeling

All items shipped from hyperclothing.info will be sent in packaging that is most suitable for the item purchased to ensure that the item is protected. Care labels will appear on all garments and should be strictly adhered to.

6) License

You are authorized to use the hyperclothing.info website on your computer to purchase items from hyperclothing.info. You acknowledge that you may not use the hyperclothing.info website for any other purpose.

7) Intellectual property rights

You acknowledge that hyperclothing.info or its related companies own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in hyperclothing.info, including but not limited to any images, photos or text that appear on the website. You agree not to make any representation to the contrary, and you shall not use or copy hyperclothing.info in any manner inconsistent with the rights of the owner or licensee of such intellectual property.

You acknowledge that any trademark or logo appearing on the hyperclothing.info website is owned by or licensed to hyperclothing.info and that you shall not do anything that would prejudice the rights of the trademark owner or licensee in such trademark or logo .

8) Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any liability of hyperclothing.info arising out of or in connection with any breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of the goods or services provided to you through the use of hyperclothing.info will be limited to :

(a) if the case involves goods, replace the goods or provide equivalent goods; and

(b) If the condition relates to services, supply the services again or pay the cost of supplying the services again.

You agree that the installation, downloading, use or operation of hyperclothing.info is entirely at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify hyperclothing.info and its affiliates from all forms of direct, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profits, loss of data or any loss or damage reasonably believed to be caused). As of the date of this Agreement, the parties have taken into consideration any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with hyperclothing.info or this Agreement, including but not limited to loss or damage caused by the negligence of hyperclothing.info or its affiliates.

9)Safety

If hyperclothing.infoi provides you with a password, you agree to accept responsibility for its safekeeping. You will be held liable if unauthorized persons use your password. You agree to release and forever indemnify hyperclothing.info from any liability arising out of any unauthorized use of your password.

10) Change notification

hyperclothing.info may add, delete or otherwise change any terms of this Agreement. Your use of the hyperclothing.info Services will be deemed your acceptance of such changes.
